Will my vehicle be compatible?
Our chargers are universally compatible and can power any current vehicle model, including Teslas (using the adaptor provided by Tesla). Moten Level 2 chargers feature the SAE J1772 connector, and our DC Fast Chargers support both CHAdeMO and SAE J1772 combo protocols.
You don’t have to be a member of Moten to use the Moten App or activate a station. Non-members can activate a station by starting a session as a guest user, simply by providing an email address and credit card number.
Can I use charging stations from other network operators?
Yes, we have roaming agreements with BC Hydro, ChargePoint, Shell Recharge Solutions, Electric Circuit, and e-Charge Network. With a Moten membership, you can access and activate stations from these networks directly through our website.
Can I use stations in Canada and US?
Your Moten card provides access to public charging stations in both Canada and the US, and you can make payments in either currency.
